Lolik Catering's Mission
In 2009, we embarked on the journey of founding a boutique catering company featuring a fresh, feminine perspective in the culinary world. Infusing unique flavors, style, and presentation into each one of our events, we tell a story using the art of food. Lolik is a woman-owned, boutique, full-service caterer in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in fusion cuisine. To form the narrative of the event through our food and meet our clients’ needs, we customize the menu specifically to each event. Embracing local products, our catering menus change seasonally. Our philosophy is simple: Let the market drive the menu! We are passionate about great-tasting, healthy food and the pleasure to share it with the ones we love. We thrive on excellence, good service, presentation, and quality of products.

About Executive Chef Aram Bakalian
Mediterranean caterer in Las Vegas
Chef Aram’s passion for cooking began as a child spending time in the kitchen with his Lebanese-Armenian mother and grandmother. While other chefs had culinary heroes like the greats Julia Child and Thomas Keller, Chef Aram’s culinary devotion was reserved for his grandmother. Chef Aram’s formal culinary journey began at Hudson Culinary Institute, where shortly after he began his apprenticeship with Chef James Laird of the critically acclaimed Restaurant Serenade. Later he joined Landry’s as kitchen manager for Chart House and worked his way to Sous Chef. In 2004 Chef Aram joined Horizon Yacht Charter Cruises as Executive Sous Chef and shortly became Executive Chef. Over his career at Horizon, he has catered private events for celebrities including the New York Mets, Giants, Jets, former president and first lady Bill and Hillary Clinton, Wendy Williams and Mario Andretti, just to name a few.
Chef Aram serves high-quality fusion cuisine using classical French cooking techniques—with Italian, Armenian and Lebanese accents. It is Aram’s magic of adding unusual ingredients to titillate the palate. Aram says, “I don’t like rules, I like creating dishes my own way to create not just a meal but an experience.” Obviously, his approach is working. As owner of Lolik, Aram admits that while he enjoys educating his customers and introducing them to new foods, they have grown to trust him and know they can always count on an exquisite dining experience. In 2016, Chef Aram was approached by a local Armenian television network to film a series of cooking shows, “Spice It Up with Chef Aram,” after 7 episodes, Chef Aram decided to part ways with the Armount Network. In 2018, Chef Aram was named as the Culinary Ambassador at Ascaya, where he provides creative culinary consulting and catering through his company, Lolik.
